许多年前我曾经在自己的一篇文章中这样写道：我是一个永远在路上的苦行僧，我要为自己的梦想筚路蓝缕，一路前行。现在，为了这个梦，一个的梦，我从黄土高原一个贫穷闭塞的山沟沟——山西吕梁来到了风景秀美的伟人故里湘潭，度过了我人生中最宝贵最充实的大学四年，然后又满怀憧憬从“莲城”来到素有“小温州”之称的邵东，一路走来，一路梦想，一路坎坷，一路欢歌，我用自己坚定的步伐在教书育人这条漫漫征程上迈开了自己的第一步。

来到邵东一中，从踏上三尺讲台的第一刻起，我就告诉自己，我的梦想要在这里点燃，我的生命之帆要在这里启航，我的精彩人生要在这里演绎!在有些人眼里，做一名教师是职业，可在我看来，教师就是我值得为之奋斗终身的事业，我要为这份我所深爱的事业探索不息，奋斗不止。

从教一年来，我一直用三句话激励自己，鞭策自己。完善自己。

第一句话是著名家欧阳代娜说的：“是爱的事业，用爱才能点燃学生的心灵”。我深深地爱着我的每一个学生，从踏上讲台的第一天起，在与学生们一双双渴求知识的眼神相碰撞的那一刻起，我就从心底产生了对这些小弟弟小妹妹的爱，我告诉我的学生，老师愿意成为你们的朋友，成为你们成长道路上的知心大哥。学生上课玩手机，我没有当面进行批评，而是在课后动之以情，晓之以理，以一个朋友的身份真诚地与他交流;一个学生与妈妈闹情绪，上课不好好听讲，我找到他，用自己苦难的身世告诉他及时行孝是多么的可贵，每天醒来能够叫一声妈妈是多么的幸福;学生早恋了，我以一个大哥哥的身份倾听学生对感情的看法，耐心地引导他们在感情的道路上要慢慢走，小心走;每次考试结束后，我都会找到相关的学生谈心，帮助他们分析考试失败的原因，点燃他们的希望。就这样，我真诚的爱我的每一个学生，也换来了学生对我的爱，20xx年2月19日，是我在邵东一中过的第一个生日，学生们给我送来了一份特殊的礼物，一个写满全班同学祝福的小册子，里面满是真诚的话语，他们说，老师，是您真诚的爱，让我们感受到作为您的学生的幸福。可是，我却要说：能够爱我的学生，我也很幸福!

第二句话是语文特级教师李镇西说的：“你不能够把课上得精彩，但至少你要把教案背下来”，就是这句话指导我在教学业务上如何步步为营，扎扎实实。是的，不登上讲台，永远不知道做老师的难，作为一个年轻的教师，我深知自己还有许多的不足，要想把课上好，必须花上比别人多得多的功夫。在平时的备课中，我研读教材，勤查资料，尽力做到一丝不苟，精益求精。“把教案背下来”，用自信的姿态面对学生，让学生在我的从容自信的讲授中享受知识的润泽。为了培养学生良好的学习习惯，我精心组织教学环节，我的“三分钟课前演讲+两分钟成语接龙”的教学组织形式得到了学生的普遍欢迎，极大地提高了学生学习语文的兴趣，学生的考试成绩更是稳居前三。

第三句话是我自己写给自己的话：“做一个科研型的教师，做一个专家型的教师”。一位哲人曾经说过，当你选择了天空，你就会成为翱翔天空的雄鹰;当你选择了大海，你就会成为乘风破浪的帆船。教书匠——教师——家，是一个教师成长的三种不同境界，而我，要选择天空和大海!用我一生的努力去书写自己无悔的青春。在从教的日子里，我不断思索着自己的教学，在不断思索中总结，在思索与总结中书写，针对高中生作文难的问题，我结合自己多年来的写作经验，总结了一套简单易行又符合规律的作文方法“赋、比、兴、绘”四步作文法，并在作文教学中进行实践，文章在华中师范大学主办的《文学》杂志上发表;针对诗词教学困境，我摸索出“意象”教学的方法，论文《意象在诗歌教学中的作用》一文在广西师范大学《阅读与写作》杂志发表;针对散文教学，我的论文《浅谈如何运用散文形象美对学生进行感染》在《研究与评论》杂志发表;不仅如此，我还广泛阅读，勤写教研心得，论文《浅论传播致效理论对语文教学效果评价体系的启示》和《易中天口才艺术对课堂语言艺术的启示》两篇文章分别在《教书育人》和《语文教学通讯》杂志发表，并收到了读者的来信，信中对我的文章给予了高度的评价。繁忙的教学之余，我没有忘记读书充电，我深深的知道，一个好老师，一个优秀的语文教师，只有不断的读书学习才能成长进步，才能为自己的未来发展搭建好坚实的平台，我在读书和写作中寻找灵感，不断为自己的教学补充新鲜的血液，在广泛的涉略中启示自己的教学，在广泛的爱好中充实自己的生活，书法之路迄今走过了20xx年，目前正在筹备纪念建国六十周年个人书法展;我也热爱写作，一直笔耕不辍，第二本个人作品集即将付梓，另外我还荣幸地担任了我校文学社的常任指导教师。

different people have different ideas about success; cause people's hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.
