(一)班会我成功的带领八年级一班我举行了“情系玉树，大爱无疆”班会，也带领七年三班开展“感恩”活动，让学生们知道，要学会“感恩”。我带领三班在后面的墙壁上，一起做剪纸贴花，还在一些图案上面亲手写下我对他们的寄语，我们共同参与带来的是我们的凝聚力!

(三)自身行为与素质提高

1.树立良好的教师形象及人格魅力。教师应该用自己的人格魅力去影响学生，我十分注意自己的一言一行，力求成为他们的榜样。课堂上教态从容，充满激情;生活上衣着得体，举止文明;我从不迟到、旷课;教导学生细致耐心;学生的集体活动，我都积极参加。

2. 不断改进自己的工作。我坚持写好工作日志，积极学习与班主任有关的书刊，并坚持写班主任每月工作小结(见《附表》)，不断指导和改进自己的工作。

3.班主任及英语任课教师工作都要有恒心。不要抓一段时间，放松一段时间。我坚持日日如是，不放松任何一个时间，不放松任何一个细节。

4. 用我的行为去感染我的学生们。孔子说：“其身正，不令而行，其身不正，虽令而不行。”因此，我要求学生做到的我自己先做到。久而久之，也就感染了我的学生们。

10月16日，我有幸参加了区教研室组织的20年“小学英语数字化课堂分级阅读”教学交流研讨及秋季外研社英语教材培训。本次小学英语培训重要安排观摩当地教师交流课三节以及下午的专家讲座，讲座中涉及了话题讨论，互动式评课，教材分析，教师个人备课和交流备课思想等内容。对于我们农村小学英语教师来说既是一种机会也是一种提高，并且掌握了一定的理论知识。通过本次培训，使我学到了许多新的教学方法，也使我对小学英语的教学有了有更深的认识。下面，我就对本次活动来谈谈我的体会：

1、在以往的教学中，我只注重了培养学生的听、读、写的能力，但在这次培训中使我清楚地认识了，在今后的教学中，我更应该注重培养学生说的能力.只有让学生大胆地说，才能使学生在口头表达中做到发音清楚，重音正确，语调达意，同时也培养了学生运用语言进行交流的能力。 2、本次培训也使我认识到，在教学中要采用各种方法，如“表演法”、“竞赛法”、“游戏法”等,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,从而提高学习效率.

3、通过此次培训也让我在听力教学中学到了一些方法、两种模式及游戏：tpy activity simons says picture dictationbing在听力过程中要循序渐进。

4、通过这次培训，使我真正地了解了学习兴趣的重要性，只有建立积极，有趣的学习环境，才是激发学生学习兴趣的起点，有了兴趣，才能使学生愿学、乐学，达到良好的教学效果。因此在课堂中应该精心设计一些学生感兴趣的环节，并通过让学生参与去体验和感知英语，激发起他们学习英语的兴趣，这样才能达到事半功倍的效果。 5.在此培训中,我们也学到了许多关于英语阅读教学的方法,同时我们也对english story有了更浓厚的兴趣,在以后的教学中我们应该多进行一些阅读教学,从小就培养学生的阅读能力.

6.我们也应该不断提高自身专业素质和教学水平,在课外要多读多听一些英语新闻,同时也应该不断提高自己的英语口语交际能力。总之，通过这次培训，使我受益匪浅，同时也为今后更好地教好英语课打下基础。
