“左右，左右……”咦，这是在干什么？原来是在玩“步调一致”呀！同学们把脚放在踏板上，双手拉住绳子。开始练习了，我们喊着口令：“左右，左右……”正当走到一半时，一个同学一不小心摔倒了，其他的同学也紧跟着摔倒，但我们又爬了起来，可是步调又不一致了。经过了进一步的调整，我们的队伍终于又可以前进了，我们齐声喊着口令到达了终点。

指导老师笑着对我们说：“我们来比赛吧！”他把我们分成三组。大家都聚精会神地等着指导老师的口令，当听到“开始”的口令之后，我们组的.队员迈出了整齐的步伐，我们走得虽然不是很快，但大家步调一致，走得很协调。我们一边走一边喊着口令：“左右，左右……”随着口令，大家的脚整齐地迈动着，配合得很默契。旁边的同学也使劲地喊着“加油！加油！”嘹亮的鼓励声让我们忘记了紧张和疲劳，大家只是一门心思地向前冲。第一组已经遥遥领先了，紧接着是我们第二组了，我们因为心太急了，走到一半是就摔倒了，我们急忙爬起来，但大家一心向前步调又不一致，连脚都抬不起来了。我大声地喊着口令，终于队伍又动了起来。却被其他两组超越了，得了第三名。这让我明白了，“步调一致”这个活动是为了考验我们的团结协作精神啊！

下午，我们又参加了铁艺和软陶制作的活动，收获了一个高山滑雪运动员造型和一条漂亮的小鱼项链。

时间过得真快，已经到了傍晚，我们依依不舍地离开了绍兴青少年活动中心，带着快乐和收获高兴地结束了夏令营之旅！

in july 9th, i went to the five day summer camp with my friends. in tongliang's bashan mountain, the summer camp's theme is: "desperate survival.". on the way to bashan mountain, we talked a lot of jokes, and i told a joke. after i had finished my joke, i went back to my seat and slept. but the unexpected is waiting for us......

we arrived at the training base. we found that the base was actually a desert! i looked at our classroom, the roof is paved with hay, walls, floors are made of wood, sometimes appear a window in front of the house empty village, and a flag. we train and have classes here...... this is our classroom number 1.

classroom 2 is in the field, except for one room and one entrance. all the others are the same as classroom 1. we play the script and captain in the classroom.

一大早，我就被爸爸的喊声吵醒了。我连忙起来，穿衣、刷牙、洗脸，吃早餐。背上早已准备好的背包，兴冲冲地来到了学校。

要出发喽，大家兴奋极了。一路上，你一言我一语地讨论着，蒋巷村是什么样的，会不会比我的家乡更美更好……

终于来到了蒋巷村。我走下车，哇！真大，真美呀！一座座房子整齐的排列着，房子的边上有小花园，那一朵朵花盛开着，像是在说“欢迎你们！欢迎你们！”路笔直笔直的，两边种满了树，树已经长得很大了，茂密的树叶可以给人们遮太阳。

令我最难忘的是中午的包馄饨比赛。午饭吃馄饨，得自个儿包。而且，学校和学校要比，看哪个学校能得冠军。比赛开始了，我们以飞快地速度包着，但是放得实在是糟糕透了，有的'向左，有的向右，有的向前，有的向后，有的甚至向铁盘里一扔，让人看了，肚子也要笑破。加油啊，还剩几只了，稳住，加油！终于完成了，但是我们和冠军比，用的时间太多了，那是因为我们包完后，还要把一只只馄饨排好。经过了这次比赛，让我更深地了解了团结就是力量。让我们团结起来，共同创造美好的家园。

这次夏令营，给了我很多收获。我要更加努力学习，将来为建设家乡出力。

as a lucky student, i attended the 1998 nescmss held in the beautiful seaside city of yantai from july 25 to 30, which was sponsored by the english coaching paper office. over 100 students all over the country and 30 english teaching experts from home and abroad took part in the activity. all the campers were required to speak english.

during the four days, a series of english activities were held including the second national english debate for middle school students and the third national english speech competition for middle school students. we also visited some places of interest.

a colourful english evening was held on july 29. the camp provided us with a valuable opportunity to speak english, make friends and exchange learning experience. i found my english much improved at the end of the camp. never in my life shall i forget the impressive days in yantai.

七月五日，我参加了宁波晚报的小记者夏令营，这次夏令营的主题是欢乐水世界、科普夏令营——常州恐龙园、天目湖二日游。

第一天，我们来到了常州恐龙博物馆，听完导游的介绍后，我和几个同学一起来到了恐龙博物馆里的一个展厅观看了马门溪龙，听介绍员说它的身体全长有22米，头地长度是身体的三分之一。我听了心想：马门溪龙一定是恐龙家族的“长头王。”接着我们又来到了侏罗纪时代的冒险岛，里面黑乎乎、阴森森的，我赶紧冲了过去，此时我心惊胆战。突然，火山“爆发”了我们不顾一切地向外逃去，最终，我们又“跨”出了侏罗纪时代。最后我们还游玩了高空飞船，我们躺在一个座位里，随着节奏开始转动，一会儿快，一会儿慢，下来后看东西也眼花缭乱。

第二天，我心旷神怡地来到了风景优美的天目湖山水风景区。我们跟着导游登上了高高的山坡玩了钻狗洞、走木桩等活动。我们走呀走，前方看见了一条一望无际的河，导游说：“现在我们看见的就是天目湖，天目湖全长13.5千米。”然后，我们乘着船游览完天目湖之后，来到了地下的海洋世界，只见一群鱼儿在水里自由自在地游来游去，好像在水中跳着水中芭蕾：有的小鱼成群结队在珊瑚中间穿来穿去，有的'像箭一样在水池中央“飞”过，还有的躺在珊瑚丛中休息。令人惊奇的是一些名为太阳花珊瑚的生物喜欢吃鱼，只要鱼在珊瑚旁边或上面一游过来，太阳花珊瑚就用力立即把鱼儿吃掉了。我们走着走着，看见了老寿星——乌龟，它悠闲地在水里泡澡，一有人给它喂食，它就爬过来懒洋洋地把食物吃掉。它的这副样子真令人哈哈大笑。

吃完午餐，我们恋恋不舍地离开了天目湖，我希望以后有机会再参加这种有意义的活动。
